Sitting here, breathing in the stench of a man living on the streets

I was going my own way and I didn’t stop hanging around the wrong crowd
I was showing off all that I had with absolutely no respect for myself

Yesterday I missed out on an opportunity;
Fear was eating me up inside, so much that I was paralyzed
So many people around me, and it felt like eternity;
Was I willing to be vulnerable, giving them a part of me?

“How could I? I don’t wanna try!” But then I heard the voice of God say
